1. Ownership Confirmation
You confirm this property is registered in your personal name and that all submitted documents — your certified municipal bill and SA ID — are authentic, current, and unaltered.

2. Landlords Only — No Agents
PropRental is exclusively for verified property owners. Agents and third-party representatives may not list on behalf of individual owners without explicit written disclosure to PropRental.

3. You Collect Your Own Rent
PropRental does not collect, hold, or transfer rental income on your behalf — ever. All payment arrangements between you and your tenant remain entirely your own responsibility.

4. Honest Listings Only
Your listing must truthfully and accurately represent the property being offered. False, misleading, or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Document Integrity
Submitting falsified documents is a criminal offence under South African law. PropRental reserves the right to report suspected fraud to the SAPS and applicable regulatory bodies.

6. Your Privacy Is Protected
Your personal information is handled strictly under POPIA. We will never sell, share, or exploit your data without your explicit consent.

7. Free Relisting Within Your Year
Should your tenant vacate before your 12-month listing window expires, you may relist the property at no additional cost within the same period.

By accepting, you confirm you are the registered owner of this property, that all information provided is truthful, and that you are ready to take full, direct control of your rental.

Terms of Use — Company (Pty Ltd)

1. Company Ownership Confirmation
You confirm the property is registered under the named Pty Ltd, that the municipal bill reflects the company name, and that all submitted CIPC and director documents are authentic, current, and unaltered.

2. Authorised Director Only
Only a duly authorised director of the registered company may submit and manage listings on PropRental. You confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of the company in this capacity.

3. Direct Rental Arrangements
PropRental does not collect, hold, or disburse rental income on behalf of any company. All lease agreements and payment arrangements remain the company's direct responsibility.

4. Accurate Listings Required
Every listing must truthfully represent the property. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately and reported to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and SAPS where applicable.

5. Document Integrity
Submitting falsified company or personal documents is a criminal offence. PropRental reserves the right to report suspected fraud to the SAPS and the CIPC.

6. Data Protection
All company and personal information is handled in strict compliance with POPIA. We will never sell or share your data without explicit consent.

7. Free Relisting Within Your Year
Should a property become vacant before the 12-month listing window expires, any property under your plan may be relisted at no additional cost.

By accepting, an authorised director confirms the company's legal ownership of the listed property, the authenticity of all submitted documents, and agreement to these terms in full.

PropRental does not collect, hold, or disburse rental income on behalf of any trust or its beneficiaries. All payment arrangements between the trustee and tenants remain the trust's direct responsibility.

4. Accurate and Honest Listings
All listings must truthfully represent the property. False or misleading listings will be removed immediately and reported to the Master of the High Court and SAPS where warranted.

5. Document Integrity
Submitting falsified trust or personal documents constitutes fraud under South African law. PropRental reserves the right to refer suspected cases to the Master of the High Court and the SAPS.

6. Data Protection
All trustee and beneficiary information is protected strictly under POPIA. No data will be shared or sold without explicit consent.

7. Free Relisting Within Your Year
Should any trust-held property become vacant before the 12-month listing window expires, it may be relisted at no additional cost within the same period.
